FAJIRI FAMILY RELIEF FOUNDATION (FFRF) COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

1. Our Mission and Community Values

Welcome to the Fajiri Family Relief Foundation ("FFRF" "Foundation") family-oriented, fundraising, and non-profit community—where we give publicly together, in alignment with our shared values. Our mission on this platform is to bring people together as one family—to unite, connect, contribute, and collaborate toward a common goal through fundraising initiatives and impactful community outreach programs. These programs are designed to meet our Members, and individual collective needs, with the aim of improving and transforming lives together.

The FFRF is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, respectful, and supportive environment where individuals and communities uplift one another through humanitarian action, compassion, and shared responsibility.

By accessing or participating in any FFRF platform, you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines, as well as Terms of Use, Code of Ethics and Conduct, Principles of Loyalty and Commitment, Privacy Policy, Visual Brand Guidelines and join the FFRF to participate and contribute positively to the community it serves.

2. Scope of Application

These Guidelines apply to all users interacting with the FFRF across:

• fajirifoundation.org
• Mobile applications (including Google Play Store and Apple App Store).
• Any affiliated digital services, communication channels, or community spaces (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

You are solely responsible for all content you post, share, or communicate on the Platform.

3. Expected Standards of Conduct

All Members are expected to act in good faith and uphold the dignity, safety, and rights of others.

4. Integrity and Honest Participation

To maintain trust within the community, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful information.
• Avoid misrepresentation, deception, or false claims.
• Refrain from impersonating any individual, entity, or organization.
• Act honestly and transparently in all interactions.

Strictly Prohibited:

• Fraud, forgery, or deceptive practices.
• Exploitation or manipulation of other members.
• Any activity that harms or may reasonably harm the integrity, reputation, or operations of FFRF.

5. Proper Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful and authorized purposes. Members are encouraged to: Document and share photos, blogs, and updates relating to verified charity and humanitarian activities conducted through FFRF within their communities.

Members must not post, upload, or share content that includes:

7. Community Safety Guidelines

To promote safety and security:

• Do not share sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information.
• Do not physically meet or engage with Members without prior awareness or authorization through FFRF.
• Do not send funds or support any program that has not been officially approved by FFRF.
• Communicate through official and approved FFRF channels where possible.
• Report suspicious, harmful, or inappropriate behavior promptly.
• Log out when using shared or public devices.

The FFRF is not responsible for interactions or donation transactions that occur outside the Platform.

9. Testimonials, Reviews, and Feedback

The FFRF welcomes community feedback, testimonials, and reviews. Members are encouraged to submit testimonials and share positive experiences through official channels, including mobile application platforms. Before publishing negative reviews, Members are encouraged to first engage with FFRF in good faith to allow an opportunity for resolution.

By submitting testimonials or reviews:

• You confirm the content is truthful and based on your genuine experience.
• You grant FFRF a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish such content for lawful purposes, including promotional use.

10. Reporting Violations

If you encounter any violation of these Guidelines, you are encouraged to report it to FFRF by completing our online form or through email.

Reports should include:

• A clear and detailed description of the issue.
• Supporting evidence, where available.

All reports will be handled confidentially and reviewed in good faith.

11. Enforcement and Disciplinary Actions

The FFRF reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether a violation has occurred. Enforcement actions may include, without limitation:

• Issuance of warnings.
• Removal of content.
• Temporary suspension of account privileges.
• Permanent termination of membership or access.
• Referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

Serious violations may result in immediate action without prior notice.
