Welcome to the Fajiri Family Relief Foundation ("FFRF" "Foundation") family-oriented, fundraising, and non-profit community—where we give publicly together, in alignment with our shared values. Our mission on this platform is to bring people together as one family—to unite, connect, contribute, and collaborate toward a common goal through fundraising initiatives and impactful community outreach programs. These programs are designed to meet our Members, and individual collective needs, with the aim of improving and transforming lives together.
The FFRF is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, respectful, and supportive environment where individuals and communities uplift one another through humanitarian action, compassion, and shared responsibility.
By accessing or participating in any FFRF platform, you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines, as well as Terms of Use, Code of Ethics and Conduct, Principles of Loyalty and Commitment, Privacy Policy, Visual Brand Guidelines and join the FFRF to participate and contribute positively to the community it serves.

The FFRF is not responsible for interactions or donation transactions that occur outside the Platform.
Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Platform. In exceptional cases, access may be granted with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent and authorization by FFRF. In such cases, parents or guardians assume full responsibility for the minor's use of the Platform.
The FFRF welcomes community feedback, testimonials, and reviews. Members are encouraged to submit testimonials and share positive experiences through official channels, including mobile application platforms. Before publishing negative reviews, Members are encouraged to first engage with FFRF in good faith to allow an opportunity for resolution.

If you encounter any violation of these Guidelines, you are encouraged to report it to FFRF by completing our online form or through email.

All reports will be handled confidentially and reviewed in good faith.
The FFRF reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether a violation has occurred. Enforcement actions may include, without limitation:
Serious violations may result in immediate action without prior notice.
If you believe an enforcement action has been taken in error, you may submit an appeal to the FFRF. Appeals will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. Decisions made upon review shall be final and binding.
The FFRF reserves the right to amend or update these Community Guidelines at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
These Guidelines shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FFRF is registered or operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
All Members are expected to act in good faith, abide by the FFRF Code of Ethics and Conduct, Principle of Loyalty and Commitment amongst family members, uphold these Guidelines, and contribute positively to the FFRF community.
