These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, donation platform, membership, participation in any of our programmes, and any engagement with FFRF. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least the age required by your jurisdiction to form a binding contract and to make a donation or participate. If you are acting on behalf of an entity, you confirm you have authority to do so.
When you make a donation, you authorise FFRF (via our payment processor, such as Stripe) to process your payment in accordance with the payment instructions you provide. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Participation in membership, volunteering or beneficiary programmes is subject to our approval. We may accept or decline applications in our sole discretion. Terms specific to each programme may apply, and you agree to comply with those.
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, or to transmit any harmful code, spam, or infringe any rights of others. You agree to comply with all applicable laws.
All content on our website (text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks) is owned or licensed by FFRF. You may view, download or print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use is prohibited unless you obtain our prior written consent.
Our services and website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our programmes achieve specific outcomes, or that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FFRF (including its officers, directors, employees, volunteers) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or services, or your donation, membership or participation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FFRF from and against all liabilities, claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your engagement with our programmes.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or any service at any time, without notice, for any reason. On termination, your rights to use the website cease and you must stop using our services. Sections that by their nature survive termination (e.g., indemnity, limitation of liability, intellectual property) will continue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes (for example by posting on the website). Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Abuja, Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria. If you are located in another jurisdiction, you agree that these choice of law/jurisdiction clauses will still apply unless local law requires otherwise.
