Donations Are Generally Non-Refundable

All donations made to The Fajiri Family Relief Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. This is because contributions are immediately allocated to ongoing programs, beneficiaries, and operational needs.

However, we understand that errors can occur, and in such rare cases, we will review refund requests individually.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be granted under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate donations made in error.
• Incorrect donation amount due to a technical or processing issue.
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification).
• Accidental recurring payments created by mistake.
• Payment system errors resulting in unintended charges.

To be eligible, refund requests must be made within 7–14 days of the original donation, depending on your region.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

• Full name
• Email used for the donation
• Donation amount
• Transaction reference or receipt
• Reason for requesting a refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Refund Process & Timelines

If your refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• It may take 5-14 business days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank, card provider, or payment platform.
• Any transaction or processing fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the refund amount.

Event Fees & Ticket Payments

For events, workshops, or sponsored activities organized by fajiri, refunds may be issued only if:

• The event is canceled or postponed indefinitely.
• You submit a refund request at least 48 hours before the event starts.

Event-related refunds follow the same verification timeline as donations.

Non-Refundable Contributions

Refunds cannot be issued for:

• Donations made more than 14 days ago
• Contributions made intentionally with full consent
• Funds already allocated to beneficiaries or project execution
• In-kind donations (e.g., food, supplies, equipment)
